Avoid direct harsh water flow on the nose and do not use high-temperature water. Showering while avoiding extreme heat and pressure is fine.
Lying on the back with the head elevated for a few days post-procedure is crucial. This position helps reduce swelling and bruising in the nasal area. Avoid sleeping on the side, as this can put pressure on the newly shaped nose and cause the filler to shift.
